Reinforcement of the walls with angular wooden profiles coated with epoxy resin, 3 layers of unidirectional glass fibre and 2 layers of unidirectional carbon fibre.

Disassembly of the floor and of the carrier beams.
Elimination of the water tank.
Bilge bottom coated with glass fibre and epoxy resin, preserving the drain of the chain locker to the main bilge.

Wall of the chain locker coated with epoxy resin and glass fibre.
Corner reinforced with carbon fibre.

Walls isolated with expanded polystyrene 20 mm thick

Walls covered with 4 mm marine plywood.
Wall to the chain locker covered with teak plywood
Bilge coated with epoxy paint
Mounted the new floor.
Ceiling isolated with 8 mm expanded polystyrene.

Installed two big Vetus cowl ventilators on the roof of the fore cabin

New door frame out of massive Teak.
Profiles directly ordered from Thailand

New door to the chain locker.

Mounted again the old lockers.

To the not covered part will be applied a cabinet.
